Who can see the cards
Internal roles that can open Settings (Sales and up by default).
What you get

The same pages are linked from the public marketing site and the login footer (Privacy policy, Terms of use).
You cannot change the legal text from Settings. If your company needs its own policy on customer-facing forms, that is a separate conversation with your operator — these two cards are Noventra’s product terms.
