Tuesday CRM user manual
Tuesday CRM is a cloud workspace for sales and customer teams. It brings contacts, the deal pipeline, support tickets, tasks, and email into one place so you can follow customers without switching tools.
This manual is written for people who use Tuesday every day: sales, support, and company administrators (the CEO and Administrator roles). It matches the English user interface.
It is published on a public page (no login): Settings → User manual, or /user-manual on the Tuesday site.
How to read this manual
Start with Welcome and sign-in if you are new. If you already have an account, skip to Navigating and Tables, views, and groups — those two chapters apply to almost every list in Tuesday.
Settings is documented in full: open Settings for the hub and who sees which cards, then the page-by-page guides under settings/.

Two ideas that save time
Views are not filters. A view stores which columns you see and in what order. Search boxes and filter chips are separate. Some lists also let you save the current filters under Saved views.
Groups are not pipeline stages. Groups are the colored sections on a table board. Pipeline stages are the columns you drag deals between on Opportunities → Pipeline. Stage names and win probability are edited in Settings → System fields.
What this version does not cover
These modules appear in the sidebar when your role has access. They work like the tables in chapter 3, but they are not walked through here yet:
- Sales dashboard, activities, products, loaner units, and Management (dashboards, budgets, report generator)
- Support dashboards, RMA, QC Tracking, improvement suggestions, employee directory, and support reports
- Inventory boards (Sold, Loan, Internal, Instrument inventory)
- Inbox (connecting email is summarized under Integrations)
- Reports, Quick capture, and the public partner support form
Platform-only tools (Superadmin, Login log, Generate demo data) appear on the Settings hub for Noventra operators. They are not part of this company user guide.
Language and labels
Tuesday can be used in English or Swedish. This manual uses the English labels (Settings, Opportunities, Tickets, CEO, and so on). Switch language from the header — see Navigating.
Screenshots were taken on a demo company with the interface set to English. Record names in the demo data may still be Swedish; that is sample content, not the product language.
